We’re not expecting big changes from the iPhone 7 – well, maybe just one.
Apple is reportedly planning to introduce a new ‘Space Black’ colour option – or perhaps just a darker ‘Space Grey’ – with the launch of the iPhone 7. The new paintjob has been rumoured for a while, albeit initially as a ‘Deep Blue’ option.
And as with any Apple rumour, Dutch designer Martin Hajek has come to the rescue with a new collection of conceptual renders depicting the new iPhone. Hajek has based his designs on the ‘Space Black’ speculation, and we’re impressed with their quality.
Of course, these images are just concepts, and are in no way evidence of Apple’s intentions. There’s every chance that Apple could stick to conventional colour options for the launch of the next iPhone.
That said, Apple is expected to make very few hardware changes to the new handset, so there’s a chance that a new colour option could be used to breathe extra life into the new model.
Check out the rest of Hajek’s designs below this video...
